MedFrog Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 07/20/2026

Welcome to MedFrog ("MedFrog," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from MedFrog. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase products from MedFrog.

2. Products

MedFrog designs, hand assembles, and sells Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs), trauma kits, and first aid kits using components sourced from reputable manufacturers and distributors.

Every MedFrog kit is individually assembled and inspected prior to shipment to help ensure quality, completeness, and proper packaging. While we strive for accuracy in every order, customers should inspect the contents of their kit upon receipt and notify us promptly if any item is missing or appears damaged.

Due to normal supplier availability, MedFrog reserves the right to substitute components with equivalent products of equal or greater quality and intended function. Any substitutions will not materially reduce the intended capabilities of the kit.

Certain consumable items—including antiseptic wipes, alcohol prep pads, iodine prep pads, burn cream, and antibiotic ointment—carry manufacturer-established expiration dates. While MedFrog makes every reasonable effort to ship products with substantial remaining shelf life, expiration dates may vary based on manufacturer production schedules.

Customers are responsible for periodically inspecting their kits and replacing expired, opened, contaminated, or damaged consumable items.

3. Medical Disclaimer

MedFrog products are intended for emergency preparedness and basic first aid purposes only.

Information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Purchasing or using our products does not establish a physician-patient or healthcare provider relationship.

Always seek qualified medical attention for serious injuries or medical emergencies. In life-threatening situations, immediately contact your local emergency services.

Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate training before using any medical equipment or first aid supplies contained within our kits.

4. User Responsibility

By purchasing products from MedFrog, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

  • Learning the proper use of all kit components.
  • Inspecting your kit regularly.
  • Replacing expired or damaged consumable items.
  • Storing products according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Exercising sound judgment when administering first aid.

MedFrog products are intended to supplement emergency preparedness and are not substitutes for professional medical care, training, or emergency services.

5. Product Quality and Warranty

MedFrog is committed to producing dependable emergency preparedness products. Every kit is hand assembled and inspected before shipment as part of our quality control process.

However, no inspection process can eliminate the possibility of manufacturing defects in third-party components, shipping damage, or unforeseen circumstances.

Except as required by applicable law, MedFrog provides no warranties other than those expressly stated in these Terms or those, if any, provided by the original manufacturers of individual components.

Because every emergency situation is unique, MedFrog makes no representation or guarantee that any product will prevent injury, save a life, eliminate the need for professional medical treatment, or achieve any particular medical outcome.

6. Quality Assurance

Every MedFrog kit is assembled using genuine components sourced from reputable manufacturers and is individually inspected before shipment.

If you believe your order is incomplete, contains a damaged component, or was assembled incorrectly, please contact MedFrog within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the problem.

7. Orders

MedFrog reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders;
  • Limit quantities purchased;
  • Correct pricing errors;
  • Correct typographical errors;
  • Discontinue products without prior notice.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued for the canceled portion of the order.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

9. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MedFrog is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier where permitted by applicable law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

For health and safety reasons, MedFrog cannot accept returns of opened sterile medical supplies or products with broken tamper seals unless they are defective or required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

Refunds are issued after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

11. Product Availability

Inventory may change without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, MedFrog may:

  • Issue a refund;
  • Delay shipment until inventory becomes available; or
  • Substitute an equivalent component of equal or greater quality and intended function.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, text, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of MedFrog unless otherwise noted.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedFrog, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Use or misuse of our products;
  • Improper storage or maintenance;
  • Failure to replace expired consumable items;
  • Improper application of first aid supplies;
  • Shipping delays;
  • Website interruptions;
  • Product availability; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedFrog's total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Product Assembly

MedFrog assembles kits using commercially manufactured first aid components.

Individual components remain subject to any warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.

While every kit is assembled with care and inspected before shipment, no first aid kit can eliminate the risks associated with injury or medical emergencies. Proper training, sound judgment, and prompt professional medical care remain essential.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MedFrog, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:

  • Your misuse of MedFrog products;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of applicable law; or
  • Your negligent or intentional acts.

16. Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from MedFrog may be legally possessed, transported, imported, or used within their jurisdiction.

17. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by the MedFrog Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

MedFrog reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
